Old Town sidewalks, busy sidewalks dressed in holiday style.
Old Town will kick off the Christmas season with a tree lighting, carolers, refreshments and of course, Santa.
Begin the evening with a free community dinner at 5 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall at the First United Methodist Church, 201 W. Main St. At 5:30 p.m. merchants will have Christmas specials and some free items. The tree lighting and carriage rides begin at 6 p.m.
The Moore Public Library, 225 S. Howard Ave., will host it's 18th annual Holiday Gala beginning at 6:30 p.m.
"The library is a perfect location to bring the family to enjoy holiday festivities and Christmas carols," said Lisa Wells, branch manager for Moore Public Library. "The highlight of the evening is always Santa and free holiday pictures. We invite everyone, our regular local customers and those new to the city of Moore, to visit Moore library for our Holiday Gala, meet the staff and enjoy holiday cheer. The atmosphere sets the stage for a lovely evening for all ages."
